Nintendo ha pubblicato un nuovo update di ARMS per Nintendo Switch, che ha raggiunto ora la versione 5.2 sui Nintendo Switch europei.
Il nuovo update della IP picchiaduro di Nintendo, non andrà ad aggiungere nuovi combattenti o contenuti troppo “rilevanti” al pacchetto, ma solamente piccole novità, oltre al solito bilanciamento del titolo.

- The Party Crash mode “Big Time ARMS” can now be selected in regular battle as well, so you can try something a little different. Feel free to use it as a handicap!
- Prior to battle, when selecting ARMS, you can toggle this on and off with the Y button.
- This feature can be used in Versus – Fight.
- Can’t be used in online battles.
- Added 15 new images to Gallery.
- Fixed issue where fighters with super armor would not have their ARMS disabled by electric attacks during a rush attack.
- Fixed issue where a noise would repeatedly play if communication was lost while Dr. Coyle had her extra ARMS out.
- Adjusted abilities of some fighters and ARMS as follows.

Ricordiamo che con gli ultimi update sono stati aggiunti Springtron, il clone robot di Springman, disponibile prima solamente nella modalità Grand Prix, come avversario bonus.
Oltre a lui l’ultima new entry è stata Misango, l’esotico” protagonista delle lotte a pugni di ARMS, in grado di indossare delle maschere tribali per potenziarsi, attraverso una sorta di esserino volante da far caricare con la parata.
ARMS è un gioco di combattimento multiplayer unico, che mescola elementi della boxe e degli sparatutto, in cui lotti usando braccia estensibili.
Il giocatore impugna un Joy-Con per mano e sferra pugni con la destra e la sinistra. I personaggi possono saltare e scattare, e i giocatori possono far curvare i loro colpi ruotando i polsi. Una delle caratteristiche più notevoli è la possibilità di assegnare due tipi di armi personalizzabili a ogni lottatore. Queste armi vanno dai classici guantoni a strumenti più esotici come i boomerang. Ogni arma ha un attributo speciale come fuoco, ghiaccio, vento ed elettricità che si attiva caricando il colpo.
Combattendo, i giocatori accumuleranno ricompense in valuta del gioco da usare nel Palio delle armi, una divertente modalità in cui si possono vincere nuove parti e abilità. Questo frenetico gioco include incontri 1 contro 1 e 2 contro 2*, per battaglie sempre all’insegna del caos e del divertimento.
